Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst Location: Sydney Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions Experience: 7+ Years Key Responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements and translate them into well defined functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
Ensure documentation/stories aligns with organizational standards, governance, and ServiceNow best practices Hands-on experience or in depth familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong expertise in Service Portal and Workspace is required, along with a solid understanding of workflows, data models,



also knowledge about APIs and system integrations is required Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously Act as a liaison between business users and ServiceNow technical teams Experience working with global and cross-functional teams 5+ years AUS experience as ServiceNow BA/Business process consultant Worked in Government/Energy and utility domain/Water companies ServiceNow Platform, integration, ITSM, CSM and PSDS module experience Excellent communication/EQ and stakeholder management Coordination with offshore delivery team for E2E delivery Contact: ***************** for more details.
