This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about retail management, customer service, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities Plan, organise and manage the overall operations of the retail store.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, stock rotation and minimise stock losses.
Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate store employees.
Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties to ensure efficient store operations.
Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and company policies.




Control operating costs and assist in preparing budgets and financial reports.
Coordinate promotional activities and merchandising to maximise sales.
Ensure the store is clean, well-presented and fully stocked at all times.
Skills Experience Relevant qualification in business, retail management or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage staff and work in a quick-paced retail environment.
Sound knowledge of inventory management and customer service practices.
