Mental Health Clinicians – Community Mental Health | Regional Victoria Full-Time Permanent | 482 Visa Sponsorship Available Victorian Public health advantages + salary packaging + 1-3 weeks of clinical orientation You're the clinician everyone calls when things get complicated.

The Role: We're recruiting multiple Mental Health Clinicians to join a well-regarded public health service in Regional Victoria across: Crisis Assessment Response Acute Care Team Intake Triage Community Case Management HOPE (Hospital Outreach Post-Suicidal Engagement) You'll be joining experienced multidisciplinary teams delivering recovery-focused, trauma-informed care to individuals experiencing acute and complex mental health challenges.
What You'll Be Doing Conducting mental health assessments, risk assessments and care planning Managing a caseload and providing ongoing therapeutic support Working collaboratively with consumers, carers,



families and community services Delivering crisis intervention and acute mental health support Participating in multidisciplinary team reviews and clinical decision-making What We're Looking For Minimum 2+ years' experience in Community Mental Health Experience in Case Management, Intake Triage, CATT, Crisis or Acute Mental Health Strong assessment, risk management and clinical decision-making skills Confident working autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams Passion for recovery-oriented and person-centred practice We're keen to speak with: Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs) Social Workers Occupational Therapists Psychologists What's In It For You?
