ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is seeking a Property Investment Consultant to guide clients through their investment journey, providing expert advice while building long-term relationships based on trust and education.
Supported by qualified leads, you'll focus on consulting rather than cold selling, helping clients develop investment strategies and grow their property portfolios.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Consult with clients and provide tailored property investment advice.
Build trust and educate clients on investment strategies and opportunities.




Research market trends and identify suitable investment properties.
Assist clients in developing and growing their property portfolios.
Collaborate with internal lead generation and referral teams.
Stay up to date with market conditions, legislation and investment opportunities.
SKILLS EXPERTISE Experience in property investment, real estate or a related advisory role.
Solid understanding of the Australian property market and investment principles.
Excellent communication, relationship building and consultative sales skills.
Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Current Real Estate Licence and confidence using CRM and property technology platforms.
