About the Team The firm's construction team is a market leader, advising major developers, tier-one contractors, and government entities on complex, large-scale disputes.
Our client prides themselves on a collegiate atmosphere where senior lawyers play a pivotal role in strategy and junior talent is heavily supported.
The Role Our client is seeking an ambitious Construction Lawyer from 3 years PQE through to Senior Associate level to join their expanding Sydney practice.
Key Responsibilities: Dispute Resolution: Managing complex litigation (infrastructure engineering disputes), arbitration, and expert determination processes.
Security of Payment: Advising on and managing adjudication claims and responses.
Client Strategy: Providing strategic risk-management advice to high-profile construction clients.
Team Leadership:



Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers (applicable at the Senior Associate level).
About You Experience: 3+ years of post-qualification experience specializing in construction disputes or general disputes.
Skills: Strong advisory, drafting, and commercial negotiation skills.
Drive: A motivated qualified looking to take ownership of matters and build client relationships.
