Job description Full Job Description A Senior Construction Fit-out Manager with 5+ years Defence experience; to identify tender opportunities, prepare cost estimates and bids, and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects valued up to $20M.

Role will support the full range of Construction Fit-outs, M E/HVAC, Data/Comms and Minor Extensions to Barracks, Offices, Research Facilities, Training Facilities, Secure Communications and AUKUS related work.
Outline Duties Providing a hands-on leadership role across defence sector projects, with experience identifying project opportunities on AusTender Portal, attending briefings, Estimate / Price Up Bids and formulate Tender Responses.
Handle Tender Clarification Questions and Presentations.




Upon winning then mobilise and oversee delivery.
Skills and Attributes Australian Citizen (NV1 / NV2 required) Construction Trade or Construction / Engineering Management degree.
Strong estimating, bid writing, and tender presentation skills.
Proven experience working on Defence Base / Infrastructure projects (ideally $2-$20 million) 10+ years Defence Construction Project experience with an understanding of Defence processes and compliance.
Engaging personality and robust presentation skills.
