To be successful for this role you must have following skills and experience Prepare menu and make recent recipes Control Kitchen stock Train and supervise kitchen staff Ensure quality and health safety procedures in Kitchen Create and administer the kitchen team roster Consistently produce high-quality meals, on time and in accordance with the production schedule.
Qualifications : You must have certificate III IV in commercial cookery .




Diploma/ advance diploma in Hospitality is preferred (not essential).
Experience: At least 2 years experience as a Chef/cook.
Salary: $***** per annum plus superannuation Mundijong Tavern is open 7 days a week, You must be available to do for shift work and have availability on weekends.
Full time position.
38 hours Per week.
