ABOUT THE ROLE As a Pick Packer , you'll play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently through our advanced automated systems.
You'll work in a modern, high-tech environment that values accuracy, teamwork, and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately picking and packing stock using voice-pick or pick-to-light systems Replenishing and decanting stock into automated storage systems Monitoring automated picking and replenishment equipment Meeting daily pick rates and performance targets Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area Following all safety and quality standards at all times WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous Pick Packing or Warehouse Experience highly regarded Tech-savvy and comfortable working with automation systems Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual,
