About the Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Pub Venue Manager to take full operational ownership of a multi-faceted venue.
This role is centred on leading and developing teams, ensuring strict compliance across all regulatory areas, and driving financial performance through effective planning and execution.
The position requires strong oversight of daily operations including gaming, accommodation, food and beverage, and entertainment.
A key component of the role is building community engagement, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and continuously improving business performance through data-driven decision-making.
Your Skills and Experience Proven experience in Pub management role with multi-revenue operations Strong financial management capability including budgets, forecasting, and cost control Sound knowledge of gaming operations (TAB, Keno, EGMs) and regulatory compliance Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on team development and retention Relevant qualifications (Diploma/Cert IV in Hospitality) with current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence.
