We are seeking Scrum Masters to join a high-performing Federal Government Department.
The successful Scrum Master will play a key role in supporting multidisciplinary delivery teams, improving team performance, and driving the effective use of agile ways of working across complex delivery environments.
The successful Scrum Masters will secure a 12-month contract with 2 x 12 month extension options, based in QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW or SA.
The Scrum Master will be responsible for but not limited to; Coaching teams in agile values, principles and practices, and fostering a strong agile mindset Facilitating agile ceremonies Removing blockers and impediments to ensure teams remain focused on agreed goals and delivery outcomes Working closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog refinement Supporting team cohesion, performance, self-organisation and continuous improvement The Scrum Master will have experience in the following:



Experience as a Scrum Master supporting one or more multidisciplinary teams Strong knowledge of Agile values, principles and practices and their effective application Experience with continuous delivery, product delivery lifecycles and team performance improvement Experience using relevant tools such as Jira and familiarity with Lean and Kanban methodologies Robust stakeholder engagement, facilitation, coaching and problem-solving capability This is an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master looking to join an innovative Federal Agency .
