We're partnering with a growing and highly regarded professional services firm seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join their expanding Outsourced Finance Advisory division.

The Opportunity As Senior Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of outsourced finance and advisory clients while managing and developing a high-performing team across both onshore and offshore operations.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to: Deliver high-quality outsourced finance and advisory solutions Manage client relationships and commercial outcomes Lead and mentor junior accountants Improve workflows and operational processes Support business growth initiatives across the division The role offers robust variety, combining hands-on advisory work, leadership, and strategic input into the future direction of the team.




Key Responsibilities Manage client engagements and ensure high-quality service delivery Provide commercial and financial advisory support to SME clients Review financial reporting, GST/BAS, reconciliations, and compliance Deliver cash flow forecasting and management reporting Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members Resolve complex accounting and commercial issues Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies Collaborate closely with partners and senior leadership About You We're looking for a commercially minded and proactive leader who brings: Solid experience in outsourced finance, business services, or CFO advisory Proven leadership and team management capability Excellent client relationship and communication skills Solid commercial acumen and problem-solving ability Solid understanding of Australian accounting and tax requirements A hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement Why Join?
