YOUR NEW ROLE In key pivotal role, reporting to the Business Operations Director, as the only lawyer in the NEW CLIENT LIAISION team (with admin support), being the first professional contact for all new clients, you will love the stimulating variety, people interaction (phone/video/email and in person) and fulfilment : responding to new client enquiries relating to their personal injury (workers compensation, CTP, TPD, public liability, abuse etc); assessing viability of the enquiries, providing initial legal advice, obtaining instructions and determining next steps and onboarding new clients (including execution of costs agreement, IRO funding secured,



forms lodged with insurer and referral to relevant solicitor who will handle their case); identify cross-sell opportunities with new and existing clients to maximise revenue per client; checking in with new/existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are and admitted lawyer in NSW with 2+ years post-qualification experience (up to senior) in personal injury law (including preferably some workers compensation and/or TPD); are client-service centric+ outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; have strong Microsoft Office +generally tech savvy; are passionate about helping people, empathetic and professional; have proven ability to exercise good judgement and resolve problems expeditiously.
