This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused professional to support a busy property management team while building a long-term career within the property industry.
Working closely with Portfolio Managers, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, maintaining solid relationships with tenants and contractors, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered across a diverse property portfolio.
What you'll be doing: Providing administrative support to a team of Portfolio Managers Acting as a first point of contact for tenants, contractors and stakeholders Preparing reports, correspondence and property-related documentation Managing records, databases and compliance registers Assisting with arrears management, invoicing and contractor coordination Maintaining accurate tenant, insurance and property information Coordinating maintenance requests, quotes and work orders Supporting day-to-day property operations and client service activities What you'll need: Previous administration experience, ideally within property,
