The Role Draft and negotiate construction and engineering contracts and advise clients on procurement strategies across a variety of projects Work on a mix of front-end matters with some exposure to construction disputes, including adjudications Collaborate with related practice areas such as WHS, insurance and commercial teams while supporting a diverse client base including contractors,
