We are seeking Project Support Officers to join a high-performing Federal Government Department.
The successful Project Support Officers will join a high-performing security operations team delivering critical technology initiatives.
The successful Project Support Officers will secure an initial 12-month contract with the view to be extended for two years and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The Project Support Officers will be responsible for but not limited to; Supporting project planning, scheduling, resource coordination and status reporting activities Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, meeting minutes and project records Coordinating stakeholder engagement, project meetings, workshops and communications Assisting with procurement activities,



risk management and issue resolution processes Supporting project governance activities and ensuring project deliverables remain on track The Project Support Officers will have experience in the following: Experience working in an ICT Project Officer or project support role Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and PMBOK Stakeholder engagement, communication and coordination skills Experience maintaining project documentation, schedules and reporting artefacts Proficiency using project management tools and supporting project governance processes This is an exciting opportunity for Project Support Officers looking to join an innovative Federal Agency.
