Delivering projects across Australia, the business is seeking a talented designer to lead the design and drafting process for high-quality modular residential projects.
You'll take projects from initial client consultation through to construction-ready documentation, producing engaging 3D models and ensuring every project is accurately documented before construction begins.
Key Responsibilities Meet with clients (primarily online) alongside the Sales team to understand project requirements Prepare schematic 2D floor plans and concept layouts Develop detailed 3D models, walkthroughs and presentation material for client approval Produce accurate construction documentation and ensure compliance with relevant building standards Coordinate drawings with external consultants and internal stakeholders Review and quality-check documentation prior to construction Assist with resolving design and documentation queries during construction when required Work closely with the drafting team to continually improve documentation quality and project delivery Skills Experience Experience in residential,
