As part of an ongoing focus on payroll transformation and systems enhancement, a newly created chance has become available for an experienced Payroll Compliance Process Improvement Specialist.
This role will play a key part in driving system optimisation, improving business processes, enhancing compliance outcomes, and supporting strategic payroll and rostering initiatives.
Key responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Payroll Compliance Process Improvement, this role includes but is not limited to: Drive payroll system improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Optimise payroll and rostering processes through automation and technology solutions.
Provide expert support and resolution for complex payroll and system issues.
Lead testing activities to ensure system quality, performance, and successful integrations.




Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and project outcomes.
Provide technical guidance on payroll and rostering systems across the organisation.
Maintain testing environments and support continuous improvement and compliance initiatives.
Contribute to best practice processes, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
