About the Role You'll deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health presentations.
You'll manage a varied caseload while working collaboratively with clients and their support networks to develop, review and achieve meaningful treatment goals.
Your day-to-day will include: Conducting comprehensive intake and bio-psychosocial assessments Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions Community outreach to surrounding areas Developing, reviewing and closing treatment plans Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Maintaining accurate clinical documentation What's on Offer?

You will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work,or a related discipline.

Experience delivering mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions.
Solid knowledge of evidence-based practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative, client-centred approach.
The ability to manage a diverse clinical caseload.
Experience working within community mental health or short-term intervention services will be highly regarded.
