Building long-lasting relationships with team members and families, keeping them informed of upcoming events Contributing to the service being a great place to work, and fantastic place for learning and exploration for children.
Support and lead your team, building robust bonds with the children and Educators.
What We're Looking For: A completed Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care.
A great understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework Strong 2IC experience Full Working Rights (Must be able to work full-time) Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Working with Children Check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
