The Opportunity Joining an established Family Law team, you will step into a practice with existing files and strong client relationships, allowing you to make an immediate contribution.
The role will involve managing a range of complex family law matters, with the opportunity to work on high-quality files suited to your experience and interests.
You will have the autonomy to: Manage your own files and client relationships; Advise clients across complex family law matters; Take carriage of matters from commencement through to resolution; Build and maintain strong referral and professional networks; Contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice.
The team works across a broad range of family law matters, acting for clients including high-net-worth individuals as well as those requiring practical, compassionate guidance through challenging personal circumstances.
The ideal candidate will have: 10+ years PQE experience in Family Law; Strong private practice experience; The ability to confidently manage complex matters independently; A strong qualified network and interest in business development; A genuine desire to contribute to the continued growth of a practice.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, generating work and taking ownership of their career.
