What you'll be doing:



Minimum 2 inspections per annum on all Perth properties Attend all final bond inspections Mentor and develop their assistant with the goal of transitioning them into a Junior PM role Stay three months ahead on lease renewals Maintain no more than 2% arrears Confidently attend court and negotiate on an owner's behalf Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and create agreements accordingly Deliver excellent service to both tenants and landlords The ability to create accurate and professional marketing Work collaboratively and treat colleagues with respect, courtesy, and kindness Ability to understand and use AI What you'll need: Minimum 3 years as a Senior PM Advanced Microsoft skills Intermediate knowledge of IRE Property Me Consistent industry experience, with up-to-date knowledge of legislation changes Team player – comfortable in an open office environment Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a service-focused approach to both tenants and landlords Self-starter with a hunger to learn and grow professionally What's in it for you: Car + phone + laptop + fuel Paid CPD's No Leasing 2 x Assigned assistants for support Competitive Remuneration Hybrid portfolio: 40% regional 10% commercial 50% group owners with major portfolios How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY" button.
