The Role: Provide safety guidance across the Project site.
Support project teams with WHSE systems and compliance aligned to RCC's Project Management Plan.
Promote a proactive safety culture through mentoring and coaching.
Analyse safety data and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
Assist with the rollout of safety technologies (e.g., HammerTech).




What We're Looking For: Experience in construction safety coordination, ideally on complex building projects.
Relevant WHS qualifications and certifications.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Confidence using digital safety systems.
Ability to commute via public transport (no parking available).
