An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-known business operating across Australia and New Zealand .
The business is entering a strong growth phase , making this a outstanding time to come on board and truly own the AP function.
You will be managing end-to-end Accounts Payable function across multiple entities .
You'll be working closely with suppliers, internal teams, senior management, the CFO and Directors.
Whether you're a bookkeeper looking to manage only AP , or an experienced AP professional who enjoys running the function autonomously — this role will suit you.
ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): End-to-end Accounts Payable across several entities Invoice processing, coding and approvals Supplier reconciliations and statement reviews Managing payment runs and schedules Handling AP queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders Liaising with AR, operational managers,



CFO and Directors Maintaining accurate records and supporting month-end processes Contributing to process improvements as the business grows ABOUT YOU Proven experience in an end-to-end AP role , or solid bookkeeping experience with strong AP exposure Comfortable managing AP independently and prioritising your own workload Experience working with multiple entities is highly regarded Strong, clear and confident communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills Professional, reliable and able to build relationships across all levels of the business ABOUT THE ADVANTAGES Full-time, permanent position $75,000 to $85,000 + Super, depending on experience Office-based role in the Blacktown area, with street parking Opportunity to take ownership of the AP function in the ANZ region Join a respected, established business with a strong market reputation Stable role within a company investing in growth Work alongside a high performing team and a supportive manager The hiring manage is looking to conduct interviews this week.
