A globally recognised fashion retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its highest-volume outlet locations.

This is a senior leadership opportunity, with high visibility across the business, suited to a commercially driven Store Manager who enjoys leading large teams, managing complex operations, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
The Opportunity You'll take ownership of one of the brand's busiest outlet stores, overseeing a large team and ensuring every aspect of the business runs efficiently.
From driving commercial performance to managing high stock volumes and delivering exceptional customer service, this role requires a confident leader who can balance people, operations, and results.
Supported by an Assistant Store Manager, a dedicated Stock Support team member, and a team of ***** casuals, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact while continuing to grow your leadership career within a global retail business.
Roster: Tuesday to Saturday, 38 hours per week.
What You'll Be Responsible For Leading all day-to-day operations of a high-volume outlet store.
Driving sales, profitability, and store KPI performance.
Leading, coaching, and developing a large retail team.
Managing high stock volumes and ensuring operational excellence.




Delivering exceptional customer service and leading from the shop floor.
Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Creating a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
What They're Looking For Previous Store Management experience within full-price or high-volume fashion retail.
Proven success managing large-format or high-turnover retail environments.
Robust operational capability with experience managing busy stock processes.
A commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales and business performance.
An inspiring people leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams.
Hands-on, resilient, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Salary Benefits $77,000 + super + performance bonus.
