Expanding Fit-Out/Refurb Builder $8m Hotel Project - Inner suburb location $180k package neg on experience An expanding Melbourne Builder has current Fit-Out/Refurb projects set to commence and are looking to add a Site Manager.
The initial project will be an $8m Hotel project in the inner suburbs.
With several projects lined up over the coming months, this will suit someone looking to be part of a dynamic environment.
Reporting to a Project Manager you will coordinate all aspects of site activities including sub-contractors, site logistics and safety on a project with high quality finishes.
To suit this role you will have experience as a Site Manager on Fit-Out/Refurb projects in Melbourne, preferably on similar Hotel projects.
You will have a strong construction knowledge to resolve site issues as they arise and the ability to communicate well with the wider site team.
Remuneration will be around $160k - $180k depending on your experience.
