escalated maintenance requests and disputes Overseeing portfolio performance and client retention Conducting occasional property visits as required Attending QCAT hearings when necessary Mentoring and supporting the Assistant Property Manager Progressing into a Team Leader role as the portfolio and team continue to grow Requirements: Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence Previous Property Management experience managing your own portfolio Strong communication and relationship management skills Ability to confidently manage complex conversations and tenancy issues Leadership potential with an interest in mentoring and developing others Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle This is your opportunity to be part of something excellent with a company that will support your progression within the company.
