Job description Troocoo Healthcare is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join a respected residential aged care provider in Wauchope, NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse and people leader to oversee the clinical operations of the home, drive quality care outcomes, and support the ongoing development of a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
This is a full time temporary placement while the organisation recruits permanently.

assessments and clinical governance Driving compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements Leading quality improvement and accreditation activities Working closely with residents, families, allied health professionals and senior management Supporting workforce development through coaching, mentoring and performance management About You To succeed in this role, you'll have: Bachelor of Nursing Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated leadership experience as a Care Manager, Clinical Manager or similar role within residential aged care Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation and clinical governance Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care Why Join?
