The Role As a Maintenance Plumber, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
Your responsibilities will include: Planned preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance.
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults.
Maintenance of sanitary fixtures, pipework, valves and water services.
Clearing blockages and responding to emergency call-outs when required.
Completing digital service reports and compliance documentation.




Providing a high level of customer service while on site.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with Australian Standards.
About You To be successful, you'll ideally have: Certificate III in Plumbing (minimum requirement).
Certificate IV in Plumbing (highly regarded).
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
A minimum of two years commercial maintenance plumbing experience following completion of your apprenticeship.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
