About the role: Broad financing transactions including but not limited to: secured and unsecured, (syndicated, club and bilateral facilities), debt and equity transactions, syndicated financing, development, non-bank lending and private equity, which are both cross-border and domestic.
Act for financiers, borrowers, sponsors, corporates, private capital, government agencies and sovereign wealth funds.
Engage in business development alongside your supervising Partner, as well as mentoring Associates.
The ideal candidate: Experienced Senior Associate (5/6+ PQE) with proven banking and finance experience from either private practice or in-house.




Real estate finance experience is highly regarded .
Relevant legal qualification/admission with strong academic results; Strong communication, drafting, relationship-building and critical thinking skills; The ability and resilience to thrive in fast paced dynamic work environment.
