Sundowner Hotel Motel is looking for an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team in Caboolture.
As a key member of the venue leadership team, you'll play an significant role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of the venue.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and support the team during day and evening shifts • Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences • Oversee gaming, bar, bistro and venue operations • Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming and venue procedures • Assist with staff supervision, cash handling and shift management • Support the Venue Manager in maintaining high operational standards • Foster a positive team culture and lead by example About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous experience in a Duty Manager or hospitality leadership role • Current RSA, RSG,
