About the Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will own pricing analytics and lead the maturing of the function end to end.
This is a genuine build role: you will take the business from Excel-based analysis to a Python-driven approach, set the analytical standard, and shape how pricing decisions are made at the highest level.

and processes that lift the maturity of the whole function Set the pace and standard for data capability as the business scales Skills and Experience Exceptional pricing or commercial analytics background from a top-tier bank or leading consulting firm Proven track record moving a function from Excel to Python and more sophisticated tooling Sharp commercial instinct and the presence to influence senior stakeholders with confidence A true builder, energised by creating structure and standards where little exists Full Australian working rights and based in Sydney Leon is recruiting for this role on behalf of Allura Partners.
