About Our Client As a Change Manager, you will lead end-to-end change activities supporting the implementation of a new workforce management platform.
You will work closely with business leaders, HR, payroll, and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition, strong stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Job Description Develop and deliver the change management strategy and plan for the WFM transformation Conduct impact assessments across business units, processes, and roles Drive stakeholder engagement across a diverse and distributed workforce Design and execute communication and engagement plans Support business readiness activities,
including training alignment and adoption tracking Partner with project teams to ensure change is integrated across all delivery streams Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance Measure and report on change effectiveness and adoption outcomes The Successful Applicant A successful Change Manager should have: Proven experience as a Change Manager in large-scale transformation programs Strong experience in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management system implementations Demonstrated ability to manage change across complex, multi-site organisations Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Experience delivering communications, training alignment, and adoption strategies Familiarity with structured change frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) What's on Offer Fixed-term contract offering stability and focus on impactful projects.
