Ongoing Temporary Contract Brisbane CBD Inner Suburbs, QLD Accounts Officer Lawson Elliott is excited to be exclusively partnering with a globally recognised ASX-listed organisation who is looking for an immediately available Accounts Officer to join their team for an ongoing temporary contract to cover maternity leave.
This company is currently completing important internal projects, with this position being integral to their entities in Australian and New Zealand.
This prospect will be excellent for someone who is passionate, well driven and has the initiative to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to: Complete the end-to-end accounts payable processing across multiple entities Perform Annual Standard Outgoings Audit reviews, including liaising with Landlords/Agents to resolve queries Payments of one-off invoices in accordance with company policy Create,



review and amend vendor cards within the system Monitor and update the email inbox on a regular basis Process and maintain appropriate records of any payments or deposits made to the business Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a frequent basis Assist the wider finance function with other ad-hoc duties To be considered for this role, it would be advantageous to have: Experience working in a position involved with invoice processing across multiple entities Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce advantageous Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Experience using large softwares such as Navision Proficiency using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups etc) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy If this opportunity sounds like a role you'd excel in, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
