Job Details Description: Personal Care / Support ****Preferably a one hour service on Wednesdays a 1.5 hour service on Fridays please.
Thanks**** Access to property: path up to front door, short ramp installed.
Parking: Street parking available Alerts: none Frequency: weekly, 1 hour, two days per week Date Time: Wednesdays Fridays, 10am-11am Level of assistance: all facets of showering; undressing, getting into the shower, washing, supervising safety, drying, redressing.
If there is still time at the end of the shower please sit chat or watch TV with the client to complete the shift.
Equipment in use: Shower chair non-slip mats.
Undressing: Please assist.
Accessing the shower: Please assist with entering the shower.
Assistance in the shower: Please assist with washing as requested supervising safety whilst in there.
Getting dry and out of the shower:



Please assist with exiting the shower drying off.
Location of clothes etc: Clothes will be in the bedroom or brought into the bathroom.
Grooming- teeth, hair deodorant etc: Please ask if assistance is required with these.
Special requirements: Client experiences a lot of pain from medical conditions; arthritis scoliosis.
