Job description Youth Mentor Worker Location: Jumbuk Salary: $76,376 - $88,099 pa plus super Make a Real Difference in Young Lives We're looking for a passionate and resilient Youth Mentor Worker to support vulnerable and at-risk young people to build confidence, life skills, work readiness and positive futures.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can build trust, provide guidance and help create positive pathways for young people who may be disengaged from school or facing complex barriers.
You'll bring patience, humour, structure and strong relationship-building skills, along with the ability to engage young people through practical activities and supportive mentoring.

· Practical interests such as mechanics, tools, carpentry or trade-based projects · Outdoor or active interests such as fishing, camping, fitness, sport or music · Experience in youth services, mentoring, schools or community organisations · Experience supporting disengaged young people or additional tickets such as First Aid, forklift or machinery Requirements · A current Driver's Licence · The ability to obtain or hold a Working With Children Check and National Police Check Ready to make a real difference?
