We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a $100M+ luxury residential apartment development in Cronulla on an initial 6-month contract .
This project is entering the critical final stages of delivery, and we require a hands-on Site Manager to oversee the finishes, defects, commissioning, and handover process , ensuring a high-quality product is delivered to clients and purchasers.
Key Responsibilities Manage all finishing trades and subcontractors across multiple levels.
Drive programme and productivity to achieve key completion milestones.
Coordinate defects management, commissioning, and authority approvals.
Ensure quality assurance standards are maintained throughout the finishing stages.
Lead site safety and compliance activities.
Work closely with the Project Manager and delivery team to achieve successful project handover.
Manage purchaser inspections, rectification works, and practical completion requirements.
About You Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering luxury residential apartment projects valued at $100M+.




Robust background managing finishes, defects, and handover phases.
Ability to coordinate multiple trades within complex construction environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of quality control and construction sequencing.
Available to commence immediately or at short notice.
