WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with min 2+ years post qualification experience [up to Associate level] in high-end commercial litigation and/or class actions ; Have proven solid experience litigating in the higher courts- Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL); Have class actions experience (preferable) OR if none, are committed to learning+ have a serious genuine interest in practising in this niche long-term [ESSENTIAL]; have strong technical drafting, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills; set yourself high standards +are driven to obtain the best outcomes for clients; thrive in a strong team-focused, down-to-earth, collaborative work environment where high performers are valued+ rewarded; are willing and able to travel interstate as an when required (approx 3-4 times/year for short durations)- preferable but not essential; are hungry to 'sharpen your sword'+turbo charge your litigation career with a 1st-class litigation firm that invests in their staff long-term.
