Reporting directly to the Director of Property Management, you will play a key leadership role in mentoring, developing and supporting a successful team while ensuring exceptional service delivery across a substantial residential portfolio.
This is a genuine leadership position suited to an experienced Team Leader, Department Head or Senior Property Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

Your responsibilities will include: • Leading, mentoring and developing team members • Conducting regular one on ones, performance reviews and coaching sessions • Supporting recruitment,



onboarding and training initiatives • Driving service standards and operational excellence • Managing escalated landlord and tenant matters • Monitoring team KPIs and performance outcomes • Implementing and improving processes across the department • Working closely with the Director of Property Management on strategic initiatives and business growth About you To be successful in this role you will possess: • Previous experience leading or mentoring a residential property management team OR stable tenure in a senior PM role • Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills • A confident, proactive and solutions focused approach • The ability to inspire, motivate and develop others • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service • Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence Why this role?
