Description Stream Healthcare is partnering with leading allied health providers across Sydney and NSW to recruit passionate Occupational Therapists.
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Occupational Therapist to join a supportive and growing multidisciplinary team.
This is a diverse role offering a mixed caseload across the lifespan , including paediatric, adult, and older adult clients, with opportunities to work across clinic, community, and/or outreach settings.
This position is ideal for an OT who values variety in their work, enjoys building meaningful client relationships, and is motivated by improving independence and quality of life across all ages.
About the Role You will provide evidence-based occupational therapy services across a broad range of presentations, which may include developmental delays, physical disabilities, neurological conditions, mental health, rehabilitation, and aged care needs.
Comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and goal setting Individualised intervention planning and therapy delivery Collaboration with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams Report writing and communication with stakeholders Supporting clients to achieve functional independence in daily living, education, work,
