The Role: You will effectively manage your own portfolio and provide a 6 star service to your clients.
Your day to day duties will include: Manage ***** buildings / **** lots in the Eastern Suburbs Liaise with committee members Prepare and conduct AGMs and ECM's Ensure and enforce Legislative and By-Law compliance Review financial documents and preparing budgets The Candidate: Must have Strata experience - Can be minimal - Willing to train!
