Insurance Repairs Supervisor – Gold Coast New Queensland Branch | Growth Opportunity We're working with a growing national insurance repairs business that is establishing a current Queensland branch and looking for an experienced Insurance Repairs Supervisor to join early in the build-out.
About the Role As a Supervisor, you'll oversee insurance repair projects across residential and insurance reinstatement works, managing jobs from start to finish while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
In the first 6–12 months, you'll also support interstate teams as the Queensland operation ramps up and help establish strong local contractor and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Supervise end-to-end insurance repair and reinstatement projects Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and quality standards Conduct site inspections and manage compliance requirements Maintain strong relationships with insurers, builders,



and customers Support the development of local systems and processes as the QLD branch grows About You Experience ininsurance repairs / restoration / residential construction supervision Strong trade coordination and site management capability Confident working autonomously and managing multiple jobs Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approach Motivated by growth and long-term opportunity Experience with Prime Ecosystem is highly regarded but not essential.
