As their Queensland project portfolio continues to grow, they're looking for an enthusiastic Junior BIM Coordinator to join their Brisbane office.
The Opportunity This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career in BIM.
You'll work alongside experienced BIM Coordinators and Engineers who will help develop your technical capability while exposing you to some of Queensland's largest construction projects.
Rather than being thrown in the deep end, you'll receive ongoing mentoring while progressively taking on greater responsibility as your confidence and technical skills grow.
Key Responsibilities • Assist with producing electrical BIM models using Revit • Support BIM documentation and project coordination • Update project drawings and documentation • Assist with clash detection and coordination meetings • Respond to engineering mark ups and design revisions • Coordinate documentation with site teams • Maintain project files and revisions • Support project delivery across multiple live projects • Learn BIM standards, workflows and best practice from senior staff About You This role would suit someone with some exposure to BIM, Revit or CAD who is looking to develop their career within a highly respected contractor.
You'll ideally have: • Exposure to Revit, AutoCAD or BIM modelling • An interest in electrical or building services • Robust attention to detail • Good communication skills • A positive attitude and willingness to learn • The ability to work collaboratively within a project team • Previous construction or engineering experience is advantageous but not essential Why Join?
