The Prospect We are seeking Board Subcommittee Members to join HAA's Fundraising (Philanthropy, Grants Partnerships) Subcommittee—guiding the strategy to diversify and secure funding sources that enable HAA's growth.
As HAA scales nationally under its first CEO, the ability to attract sustainable and diverse funding is critical.
This Subcommittee plays a pivotal role in building confidence with philanthropic funders, corporates, and grant makers, ensuring HAA has the resources to deliver tangible housing outcomes while also strengthening its national voice.
Each National Board Subcommittee includes or is chaired by a member of the HAA Board, ensuring close alignment with organisational strategy.
What does success look like at the 12 month mark?
Multi-year giving programme structure agreed (tiers, recognition, stewardship) Pipeline of top-25 philanthropic and corporate prospects built, with warm introductions secured Grant calendar and streamlined bid framework in place (templates, data, impact stories) Corporate partnerships pack aligned with PRADS and HAA's national narrative Expected Contribution Commitment: Minimum of six meetings per year (in person or online) Term: Initial two-year term commencing November **** Location: Hybrid or Remote The Right Fit We encourage executives to apply who are:
