As the South Australian business continues to expand,



an opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of major commercial projects across this exciting project portfolio.
The Role As Site Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site delivery, working closely with the Project Managers to drive programme, safety, quality, and successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Leading all day-to-day site operations from early works through to completion and handover Managing and coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers Driving construction programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved Managing site logistics, sequencing, and coordination across complex builds Maintaining WHS standards and promoting a positive safety culture Ensuring workmanship meets project specifications and quality expectations Leading and supporting site teams to achieve successful project outcomes You will have the autonomy to lead your projects while being supported by experienced Project Managers and senior leaders.
The Like Mind You will be an experienced Site Manager with a proven background delivering commercial or multi-level construction projects.
You will be confident taking ownership of a site, leading teams, and maintaining control of programme, quality, and safety throughout delivery.
You will bring:



5–10+ years' experience in Site Management within commercial construction Proven experience delivering projects valued at $20M–$50M+ Experience across new build commercial, multi-level residential or complex projects Knowledge of construction sequencing, structural works, services coordination, safety, quality, and collaborative project delivery Proven ability to lead subcontractors and site teams effectively Programming, organisation, and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why Schiavello?
