YOUR NEW ROLE Reporting to/being mentored by a top calibre Common Law Team Leader Lawyer (who has specialized in personal injury law for over 10+ years ), you will relish the challenge+ satisfaction+ rewards of fighting for justice for your plaintiff clients' work injury damages, public liability, TPD/super, institutional abuse and medical negligence claims.
You will have direct client contact+ assist your Team Leader with complex challenging cases+ manage some of your own (non-complex) files.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are admitted as a NSW lawyer (essential) + have MINIMUM 2 YEARS+ (or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience ( including any pre-admission paralegal/law clerk experience); Have experience in:
1) [ESSENTIAL] work injury damages and/or public liability PLUS
2) [DESIRABLE] preferably also in medical negligence and/or TPD/superannuation and/or child sex abuse claims; have been actively involved in the file management from start to finish including attending to initial client enquiries to preparing correspondence/court documents/briefs to counsel, liaising with doctors/insurers/other lawyers, preparing for/attending settlement conferences/court hearings.
have a solid technical knowledge/practical understanding of relevant laws/legislation+court processes ; are dead-line and results- driven, client-centric, proactive +have a winning positive attitude; are hungry to accelerate your career long-term with a 1st-class plaintiff firm.
