YOUR NEW ROLE Reporting to the Senior Managing Associate Lawyer, you will appreciate the top mentorship +enjoy the stimulating satisfaction of solving all types of challenging commercial legal issues/disputes (managing your own clients and files) including: Commercial transactions -eg buying/selling businesses, business structures, advising on directors/shareholders issues, corporate restructures, joint ventures, licensing/distribution, intellectual property,franchising, employment law, consumer/trade practices law and trusts; commercial litigation - eg debt recovery, insolvency/bankruptcy, general commercial contractual disputes construction disputes.
