WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with min *****+ years post qualification experience [up to Special Counsel level] in high-end commercial litigation ; Have extensive experience litigating in the higher courts-Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL); have strong technical, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills; set yourself high standards +are driven to obtain the best outcomes for your clients; have had some business development experience+ are commercially driven+ have ambitions to become a Partner and seeking a long-term legal 'home'.
