The Role In this role, you'll play a key part in the commercial success of multiple projects, working closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from procurement through to final accounts.
You'll manage subcontractor procurement, prepare scopes of work, assess trade packages and award contracts while overseeing RFIs, variations, progress claims and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll also monitor project budgets, prepare cost reports, track forecasts and cash flow,
identify commercial risks and opportunities, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
What we're looking for To be successful, you'll have at least three years' experience in commercial construction, including previous experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial fit-out sector.
You'll have a solid understanding of procurement, contracts, variations, RFIs, EOTs and progress claims, along with experience managing project budgets, cost forecasting and financial reporting across multiple projects.
Strong communication skills, excellent organisation and attention to detail are essential, as is a proactive attitude and a genuine desire to continue developing your career within a growing business.
A Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline will also be highly regarded.
