YOUR NEW ROLE As a valued KEY dual commercial/property lawyer, reporting to an outstanding highly respected managing partner (an ex-top-tier law firm senior lawyer) you will relish the autonomy+ challenge+ stimulating variety servicing top quality/high profile local/international clients (eg high and ultra-high net worth clients, SMEs, financial institutions, public companies, public/private trusts).
Specifically , you will be engaging in: Commercial transactions/advice (approx 80%)-eg buying/selling businesses, business structures, advising on directors/shareholders issues, corporate restructures,



joint ventures, licensing/franchising/distribution, intellectual property, trusts and general commercial contracts (eg business succession agreements, confidentiality and agency deeds, manufacturing/distribution/supply agreements, profit share, co-ownership, employee incentives 3PL agreements) ; Property law (approx 15%) -high-end/complex sales acquisitions (residential off-the-plan and commercial property), retail/commercial leases, licences, subdivisions, land tax, strata, options, construction/development, compulsory acquisitions); Finance law (approx 5%)- advising borrowers and financiers/lenders on all types of loans (eg commercial, residential, property, SMSF,construction finance) and enforcement; contributing to the firm's strategic growth/business development/marketing initiatives.
