About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to lead the successful delivery of complex digital projects while acting as a trusted strategic partner to clients and mentoring multidisciplinary project teams.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end delivery of digital products including websites, applications, and digital platforms Leading project scoping, requirements gathering, roadmaps, user stories, and technical specifications Building trusted relationships with clients while managing expectations throughout project delivery Leading cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, developers, and digital specialists Managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming sessions,



and retrospectives Identifying project risks, mitigating scope creep, and ensuring successful project outcomes About You The successful candidate will have: Minimum 5 years' experience managing digital projects within an agency environment Proven experience delivering websites, applications, and digital products from concept through to launch Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies Exceptional stakeholder management and client communication skills Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Passion for emerging technologies, AI, digital innovation, and continuous learning You will also have: A strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex delivery challenges Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring multidisciplinary teams A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach Appreciation for high-quality design, UX, and technical excellence What's in it for You?
